Traditional Thatch Roofs

This is an introduction as to what our company has been doing for the past 26 years. We are very proud to say that over this time we have many satisfied clients and have completed many challenging projects. These include many personal home, game farms and game lodges, restaurants and numerous different designs and ideas of thatch lapas and gazebos.

At present we are located in Cape Town as well as in the West Coast. Our skilled staff has been with us for up to twelve years and we are available to accomplish anything. If it has poles and thatch (Cape Dekriet) we can do it!
We also enjoy building the traditional west coast styled thatch homes with white gables and capping which is so popular in Jacobsbay and Paternoster. This design has been made famous by Traditional Fishermen’s Homes along the coast.

We also specialize in the application of fire retardant to your thatch roof as well as fitting of a fire blanket and water drenching systems with sprayers on the roof capping for optimum protection. We will also do the following: Engineers rational design, drawing of your plans, municipal approval of plans, building of your home or braai room with all electrical, plumbing, Tiles, folding stacking sliding doors, bar, Fireplace or indoor braai.
